I’m Clémence
I founded Espiègle in 2018, officially born on Valentine’s Day 2019, while I was in India. Fitting, right? It was always going to be a love story.
Since then, I’ve worked alongside CEOs and solo founders, across industries and time zones : event management, hospitality, business development, strategic operations. I’ve structured launches from scratch, held the thread during the messiest transitions, designed elevated systems to support rapid growth.
I know what it means to be someone’s anchor.
Seven years in, I know one thing for certain: the founders who scale well aren’t the ones who work hardest. They’re the ones who stopped trying to carry it alone.
I’m not a VA, not an OBM or a coach.
Not the kind of consultant that delivers a deck and disappears either.
I’m the person who holds your vision (and your hand) when you’re too deep in the weeds to see it. I will always ask the uncomfortable questions before you make the wrong call. I am here to manage the moving parts so the strategy actually lands (not just looks good on paper).

I built Espiègle because I needed it to exist.
I spent years working inside other people’s structures : brilliant founders, high-stakes environments, businesses with real potential and real chaos.
I loved the work as much as I hated the way most support systems treated everyone in the room… Transactional relationships and unsustainable management models.
So I built something different. A model where growth and care aren’t in opposition. I believe structure doesn’t mean rigidity, and ambition doesn’t require burning out.
Two years ago, I was holding everything together on the outside and barely holding on inside. Today I work from wherever I choose, with clients I genuinely love, on a business that reflects who I actually am. That distance isn’t luck, it’s what happens when you build with intention and with the right person beside you.
That’s exactly what I want for you.

What you see here must reflect my work: intentional, refined, impeccable. But I cherish my rough edges just as much.
As a true child of the 90s, I’m a pop culture lover with a soft spot for fangirling: from wanting to be the sixth Spice Girl, to having a Taylor Swift song for every mood, to genuinely believing Beyoncé might not be human (have you seen her live? Girl…). I breathe it in, I sweat it out. Add in a splash of sarcastic humour and a handful of irrational fears (don’t ask), and you’ve got the picture.
I love colours, patterns, anything sparkly, lattes in cute coffee shops, hours of Kindle reading, journaling, colouring books, and long chats with my favourite people. Oh, and very few things make me happier than a perfectly comforting plate of food.
Behind my structure and precision, there’s always a layer of playfulness. Or maybe it’s the other way around. Who knows?
