I created Espiègle in 2018 (it was officially born for Valentine’s day in 2019 – I was in India at that time!) and I have been working with business owners ever since. Consulting with CEOs or business development with freelancers, I always had a preference for service providers but I have worked with a few cool project that were product-based (and I loved it!).
Today Espiègle is still supporting business owners who want to build something sustainable, enduring and that respects their rythm.
I believe that structure, strategy and care are essential to growth that lasts.
I believe in cancelling out the noise to find your own voice.
I believe clarity comes from calm and confidence.
I believe in doing things the way that makes you happy, it doesn’t matter if it’s outside of the box as long as it works for you.

What you see here must reflect my work: intentional, refined, impeccable. But I cherish my rough edges just as much.
As a true child of the 90s, I’m a pop culture lover with a soft spot for fangirling: from wanting to be the sixth Spice Girl, to having a Taylor Swift song for every mood, to genuinely believing Beyoncé might not be human (have you seen her live? Girl…). I breathe it in, I sweat it out. Add in a splash of sarcastic humour and a handful of irrational fears (don’t ask), and you’ve got the picture.
My career has taken me through event management, hospitality, business development, operational firefighting, and strategic support – always with a preferrence for the service industry. I’ve worked with CEOs and solo founders alike. Structured launches. Held space during messy transitions. I know what it means to be someone’s anchor.
I love colours, patterns, anything sparkly, lattes in cute coffee shops, hours of Kindle reading, journaling, colouring books, and long chats with my favourite people. Oh — and very few things make me happier than a perfectly comforting plate of food.
Behind my structure and precision, there’s always a layer of playfulness. Or maybe it’s the other way around. Who knows?

She’s the Gen Z to my Millennial : Bratz-coded, endlessly curious, and sharp as a tack. Amy doesn’t just dip her toes, she dives deep, learns fast, and builds smart.
After navigating the corporate world’s sexism and homophobia, she decided to do it all her way : launching five businesses, learning to code, and becoming a brand & operations superstar.
She has zero tolerance for fluff, and a gift for calling things as they are : she is the tough love you didn’t know you needed. She is your go-to for a personal brand that really screams ICON. She aligns your identity with your impact and helps you build a world where your clients will love to immerse themselves.
No surprise there as she has been a RPG queen since she was 14 (that’s how she met her wife – we love a good love story). Her own world is black and pink only with disco balls everywhere, main character energy through and through – no wonder Sabrina Carpenter is one of her favorites!
She reads more business books than anyone you know and hates cooking with passion.
