C’est une phrase qu’on se lance souvent entre copines entrepreneures “tu sais c’est une histoire de cordonnier mal chaussé”, ça fait sourire tout le monde et ça dédramatise souvent une situation aux allures chaotiques.
Vous vous dites que pour pouvoir faire correctement votre travail il faut d’abord savoir le faire pour vous ? Que vos prestataires doivent avoir un “track record” immaculé, surtout quand il s’agit du domaine pour lequel vous les sollicitez ? Je comprends, moi aussi je préfère que ma graphiste ait une identité visuelle au top, ma webdesigner un site toujours à jour, ma copywriter des pages de vente incroyable, ma rédactrice SEO des articles en quantité (très qualitatifs de préférence) sur son blog, etc. Sauf que la réalité c’est que la plupart de mes prestataires sont dans la même situation que moi : solo. On est donc en charge de tout dans nos business et on n’a pas plus de temps que le reste du commun des mortels dans nos journées.
