The first meeting is essential and I want to do it under your terms, in a moment when you are fully available. I build my collaborations on strong bonds where we trust and listen to each other, because the only way for me to be useful to you is to hear what you’re really saying.

FIRST MEETING
The first step will be a meeting. It’s a very special moment to get to know each other, share your difficulties and introduce you to my methods. We will make sure we are a good match during this meeting — it is as useful to you as it is to me. If I happen to not be the right fit for you, I promise I will inform you (but I won’t leave you hanging, I have a couple of tricks up my sleeve to redirect you towards the right people).
PROJECT SCOPE
After this meeting, I will forward you all the necessary info to officialize our collab. We will determine together the contract details as well as the organization we will use (how to share documents, where to communicate, etc).
LET’S DIVE IN
When all the admin details are settled, it’s time to dive in! This marks the start of our collab, which will run through according to the terms that we agreed upon together. Everything is adjustable over time and as your needs evolve.
PREMIER RDV
La première étape sera une rencontre, que je préfère en présentiel si c’est possible. Un moment privilégié pour faire connaissance, m’exposer vos problématiques et vous présenter mes méthodes. Nous nous assurons d’être un duo qui a du potentiel pendant ce rendez-vous, il est là pour vous autant que pour moi. Si je ne suis pas la bonne personne pour vous je vous le dirai, promis (et j’ai souvent une ou deux cartes dans ma manche pour vous réorienter).
CADRAGE
Après notre rendez-vous, je vous enverrai toutes les informations nécessaires pour officialiser notre collaboration. Nous déterminerons ensemble les détails du contrat mais aussi les méthodes de travail que nous utiliserons (espace de partage, moyen de communication, etc.).
PLONGEON
Lorsque tous les détails administratifs sont au point alors nous pouvons nous lancer!
C’est le début de notre collaboration, qui se déroulera selon les termes décidés ensembles. Tout est ajustable à mesure du temps et de l’évolution de vos besoins.
ON THE DAILY
On the daily, I am available on a phone number dedicated to my clients. According to the service and context, I can be available 24/7 — weekends are usually an exception or reserved for emergencies only.
I provide non-stop contact with you and I keep you informed of my progress. I reach out to you if needed.
You have access to a digital client portal designed for you, on which all the key information about our collaboration is listed.
