WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT I NEED EXACTLY?
That’s what I’m here for! I’m used to dealing with customers who feel like their needs are confusing. We work together to define the scope of the missions that you will entrust to me. It’s part of my skills to be able to clearly define your needs and prioritize them to offer you an action plan and a framework for our potential collaboration.
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU CAN DO WHAT I NEED?
The only way for you (and me) to know if I can help you is to get in touch. The first contact will be made via text or email (you can even call me if it’s easier for you). This will allow us to set up a first meeting where we will have time to get to know each other and where you can present your needs to me in detail.
HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF MY INFORMATION?
In order to help you in the daily management of your businesses and projects, I have access to a lot of sensitive data, so I have very clear processes set up to secure your information (password protection, shared drives, etc.). Moreover, a specific clause in my mission letters (our contract) protects you. I am obviously open to signing confidentiality agreements if you deem it necessary.
CAN WE HAVE A TRIAL PERIOD?
The minimum commitment is one month. During this month, we get our bearings and learn to adjust our respective operations so that I can support you as best as possible. This first month serves as a “trial period”.
CAN I STOP OUR COLLAB AT ANY TIME?
The notice period for termination of the contract is one month.
CAN I REQUEST MORE TIME THAN PROVIDED IN THE PACKAGES?
It’s entirely possible to craft a tailor-made package according to your needs. We can discuss it during our first meeting.
WHICH GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS DO YOU WORK IN?
I’m French and based in Paris. However, I can work globally because the majority of what I do is done virtually. The only thing to be clear on is the time difference, to set up our calls accordingly. I speak French, English and Spanish fluently, and I have a decent level of Italian.
If the context allows it, I love working face-to-face with my clients. It’s possible to plan trips according to needs and under specific conditions.
DO YOU TAKE ENGLISH-SPEAKING ASSIGNMENTS?
A big YES! I love working in an international environment and most of my clients have an international clientele themselves.
