PowHER Ta Carrière – Launch System

I have been working with Sarah, the founder of PowHER ta Carrière for 6 months.

Sarah came to me looking for a long-term strategic partner with a double objective:

1. Structuring and systematizing the launch of her online courses

2. Revive her communication

Together we put a whole bunch of things in place to simplify the management of PowHER for her, because Sarah has a corporate job (80% of her time) and she has a position of great responsibility (she is the youngest strategy director in her sector in Europe!).

  • I created a dashboard for us to manage PowHER and anticipate the onboarding of new employees (since network management is not within my scope, we therefore looked for professionals for that).
  • I created a process for each launch which includes all the steps to follow (sales page, materials, emailing, etc.)
  • I systematized the launch campaigns with a structure that is always the same (this structure allows us to have over €10k launches every time).
  • I created the 2024 roadmap with the goals that we defined together and then I roll out the action plan on a daily basis.
  • I supported Sarah in recruiting a new team member for social networks (instagram/tiktok).

Today Sarah’s goal of launching at least 5 online courses this year is on track (4/5), the revenue goals are largely exceeded (we have +100% revenue year-to-date), the team has 2 new members on communication subjects who are very efficient in their respective fields.

Clémence is the definition of the Strategic Partner. She offers the right tools, the right solutions and the right processes, even when I didn’t know they existed. When I delegate a mission to her, I don’t need to give her the details of the process. On the contrary, as a competent Project Manager, she always leads the question to its resolution with mastery and organization beyond what I imagined myself. In a few months, I already feel perfectly comfortable entrusting her with matters that I don’t have the slightest idea of how to approach, because I know she will find a way and treat it with the same care as if PowHER was her business.
