I am a business consultant and strategic partner to business owners who want to develop sustainable, enduring businesses – without the overwhelm.
I built Espiègle for women like me: ambitious, strategic, allergic to the fluff.
Women who want their business to scale without falling apart.
Since 2019 I have supported over 50 business owners to develop a business that actually helps them thrive.
I’m your strategic right hand. The second brain that helps your business breathe.
But I’m not alone.

How does working with a business consultant work?

Can you be hands-on operationally?
Yes — but strategically. For Sidekick 101, operational work can be added depending on the project (that’s when my trusted experts come in and help you implement the masterplan). For All In, I act as your right hand: structure, solve, ship — all with you, not above you.
