She Leads from Soul is a coaching program for women created by Emilie Sickinghe.

Emilie hired me to review the direction of this program. Together we have:

• defined sales objectives
• established a roadmap and retro-planning 
• created a communications strategy that supports the customer acquisition strategy
• defined the editorial policy of the newsletter, which is part of Emilie’s more global communication plan

We worked for several months preparing for this launch which is now in progress, I provide Emilie with support and certain deliverables according to the priorities and the budget that she can allocate to me.
