I have been supporting Clara, the founder of Crocomaman, in her daily life as a business owner for a year. Together we went all around her business. From daily management, to long-term projects through the implementation of various strategies. I want to tell you about the project that left a mark this year: the launch and automation of her “Phone movie” offer.
Together we have:
- approved the outlines of the offer (which Clara created in depth with a business coach alongside, so we had 3 heads instead of one to ensure that we were heading in the right direction).
- defined an action plan to put things in place.
- chose a tool to automate the sale of this new product.
- created the sales funnel and all of the appropriate automations for the launch and all of the sales campaigns that followed.
- monitored the results of the funnel to improve it with each campaign and ensure that it’s as efficient as possible.
Today Clara’s project to passively sell movies has been completed and we are in the phase of promoting the offer and continuously improving her funnel.
This new product represents €40k in revenue generated over 4 months.
At the start of our collaboration, Clémence told me “it’s as if I took the keys to your house, so I’m going to take care of your house (your business), like my own home.” That’s exactly it. I consider Clémence as part of my business. I share my ideas and my desires with her, and she helps me to bring them to life. Whether it is: defining the idea clearly, writing down the tasks to achieve this idea, then all the management of the project.
She makes my ideas come to life. For example, I want to launch an offer, we define the price, and she helps me create my sales funnel, set it up, test it. Clémence is a little bit like my second brain, with extra hands because she helps me carry out tasks that I don’t know how to do. Clémence is also my cheerleader (otter), who is always here to hype me up, even when I feel like giving up. I recommend her work 100% to help you expand or simply conquer the world.
